HOW DO I BOOK MY PICNIC?

Reference our packages page and start designing your picnic beginning with the number of people, theme, add on's and location. After you design your picnic, fill out the contact information form on the "Book Your Picnic" page. After you fill out the form we will email you for follow up information and send you an invoice to book the picnic of your choice.

WHAT IF I DON'T SEE MY PREFERRED LOCATION LISTED ON THE "PICNIC PACKAGES" PAGE?

The locations we have listed are places we have personally contacted and know will make a great picnic spot for any occasion. We are open to other locations, however they may be subject to change, require a permit, or require an additional charge. 

We strongly encourage clients to take advantage of intimate locations like their homes, and family/friend owned property.

IS FOOD PROVIDED/CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?

We offer catered charcuterie boards as an add on option! We encourage you to bring any extra foods of your choice. We will provide plates, napkins, utensils, and a picnic basket to keep your foods fresh.

WHAT IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER?

If the picnic is a special occasion that cannot be rescheduled, we encourage you to have a back up location that is indoors.

 

We want you to enjoy your picnic experience to the fullest, therefore, if inclement weather appears on the day of your picnic we will reschedule your picnic free of charge. We will do our best to get you rescheduled ASAP.

IS THERE A DEPOSIT FEE?

There is a $100 non-refundable deposit fee to confirm your booking and hold your spot. The deposit fee will go toward the total of your picnic. We cannot promise you a spot until we receive the deposit.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that things happen! If you cancel 72 hours or before, you will be refunded the total amount minus the $100 deposit fee. If you cancel within 72 hours or less of your picnic, we cannot offer a refund but we can offer rescheduling based on our upcoming availability. 

WILL PICNIC PLANNERS BE ON SITE? WHAT IF I NEED SOMETHING?

Although we won't be in sight, we will always be within 10-15 minutes away from your picnic location. If there are any questions or problems we can get to you right away.

CAN I LEAVE MY PICNIC EARLY?

You may leave your picnic whenever you would like, we do ask that you give us 15 minutes to be on site before you leave.
